The newly sworn-in members of the Area Council were asked to nominate a member amongst them to become a Chairperson whom afterwards was formally accepted and tasked to ensure the council undertook its mandates.

The Hon. DCE handed over to the DCD, who opened a forum for the Chiefs (Nananom) and other members of the communities present at the event to share their opinions and asks questions which in-turn were acknowledged and answered respectively.
