Ghana Jobs And Skills Project: Over 50,000 People To Be Trained

The Ghana Job and Skills Project would train 50,000 young people and early adults around the country who have a desire to establish a business. There will be three levels of entrepreneurship training available: basic, intermediate, and advanced


The training will be delivered at various places across the country  which would include the Ekumfi District using standardized, quality-assured products. All training will be offered in a district-based, non-residential setting using an experience participative style appropriate to adult learning.

 

All advanced training participants will be mentored and coached, including assistance with developing business ideas, meeting business registration and licensing procedures, and connecting with input and output markets.

Some selected beneficiaries will receive short-term internships, coaching, and support.
